1. Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your full name, email address, an encrypted version of your password, and your marketing email preference. If you become a client, we also hold details of the services you purchase and your order history.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to create and secure your account, verify your email address, deliver and support the services you buy, send service-related notices such as verification and password reset emails, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails.
3. Marketing emails
Marketing emails are only sent if you tick the optional marketing consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us. Account and service emails are not marketing and are always sent.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in running the business, and — for marketing — on the basis of your consent.
5. Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website, host our database, and send email, and only to the extent needed to provide those functions.
6. Security and retention
Passwords are stored hashed, data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to team members who need it. We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes afterwards.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can ask us to stop sending marketing emails at any time.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme preference.
