By creating an account or using the Luminaq Media Inc website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or create an account.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Services
Marketing services are delivered under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees and timelines. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of specific results; performance figures shown are historical examples.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing cycles and ad-spend arrangements are defined in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable on receipt and media spend is billed separately from management fees.
5. Intellectual property
The website, brand assets and content are owned by Luminaq Media Inc. Work produced for a client transfers to that client on full payment, unless your agreement says otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or misleading activity.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luminaq Media Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the website or the services.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
